What is a free website audit?
That’s a great question! We audit your website to score how your site performs, compared to others, for all the pillars you should have in place for search engine marketing. In other words, how good your online presence is at attracting customers.
How much does it cost for a website?
This is the question we are asked the most, and its a very good question to ask. People are usually looking to shop around and get a good deal. However, with websites, make sure you are comparing ‘like for like’. We try to be transparent and simple in our pricing structure. In general, for a full website including a shop will cost between £1800-£2500 depending on your needs. Please get in touch for more details.

How do I pay for services?
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we can accept credit card and PayPal payments.
What are your normal payment terms?
After we have agreed to work together, we need 50% of cost up front. After the site has gone live, we will invoice for the second half of the fee and you will have 30 days to pay. If you have difficulty with these terms, particularly if you are a charity, please contact us.
Will I be satisfied with my website?
We work with you every step of the way. First we will ask you questions about what you like and what you don’t like. Then we will do a ‘mock-up’ with lots of those examples and site with you to see what you like best. Next we will produce one or two more complete pages for you to look at before we go ahead with the rest of the site. You are always in control of developing your site!
How long does it take to get my website up and running?
It is natural that you want to see the results as soon as possible. From our perspective, this is not a problem. Speed building a website is quite rapid, and with the right feedback, we could get you online within a couple of weeks. However, there will be decisions for you to make along the way and we rely on your responses to keep to agreed timelines.
I have a friend who would like a website or free website audit too. Can I get a discount?
Yes, in a manner of speaking. If you refer someone and they take a full website from us we will certainly give you a generous referral fee. Please contact us for more information. You can share the free website audit offer with anyone
Can I pay by instalments?
Payment by instalments can sometimes be arranged for some clients. We look at this on a case by case basis as we want you to have the website you deserve.
I have a website but I want to move hosting to you, can I do that?
Yes! We are more than happy to be a new home for your website and would be honoured to look after it for you.
I want to have you do my website, but leave my hosting where it is, can I do that?
While we are more efficient in our own environment (who isn’t!) we are more than happy to work with other suppliers to get the best possible solution for you and your business.
